I’m an entrepreneur interested in disrupting “the way we’ve always done it”.
At the moment, I’m focused on disrupting old fashioned ways of working. When cafe’s, bars and restaurants hire, the sign in the window always says the same thing: “staff wanted, must be super experienced, give up their most valuable nights a week and be happy with a 0 hours contract. Oh, and you’ll be paid minimum wage”. As a result staff satisfaction is typically low and staff turnover is typically very high and I’m trying to challenge that – there must be a better way.
